By accessing or using NodeVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
NodeVault is a supply chain mapping, risk assessment, and reporting platform. We provide tools to visualize supplier networks, score risk factors, and generate presentation-ready reports.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
NodeVault offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all supply chain data you upload to NodeVault. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to use NodeVault for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or to reverse-engineer the platform.
NodeVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Risk scores and recommendations are informational tools and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We are not liable for supply chain disruptions or business losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeVault's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of NodeVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
